real.de Onlineshop API 1.29.0

The real.de Onlineshop API is a means to programmatically interface with the real.de Onlineshop website. Through it, marketplace sellers can manage their current inventory as well as their sales to end customers. If you want to sell new items through the real.de Onlineshop, update the price of an item you're selling, or tell an end customer that her order has shipped, you can use the real.de Onlineshop API to do it.

Getting Started

There is a basic example of how to use the API on the Getting Started page. Before starting, you will need the API keys from your API settings page.

High-Level Overview

The real.de Onlineshop API is made up of 2 parts: the REST API and the CSV file interface. Inventory is primarily managed through the CSV file interface and everything else is done through the REST API. For REST API documentation, start with the REST API page. You can also find a complete REST endpoint reference on the endpoints documentation page. For information about using the CSV file interface, see the Managing Product Data page.

Within the next couple of month, a N-to-N relation between order-units and claims will be introduced. Therefore, a new endpoint /tickets was created which is conform to this database change. It basically supports the same functionality as /claims, which is now deprecated and will be removed in November 2017.
